Just a smile!

Isn\'t it strange that such a small gesture like a smile can produce a spark of light in someones eyes! How such a small movement of the lips can create a huge improvement to facial expression. So here is a little thought for Friday..... Start a smiling revolution! Try giving a small smile to everyone you see today, and I mean everyone. Look at their reaction! If they smile back, you know you have just made someone feel great for a simple second, and who knows it might even last a full day. A small gesture with a mighty impact!.... Go on, Smile!

Bootcamp Jan 2012!

Off to London on Friday, set for a bootcamp weekend! Will be a pleasure to observe the selected instructors rocking up and doing their thing. A real strong group with varying talents will help to make this a memorable bootcamp!

2012! And finally found time to write my very first post! A major milestone for me, as I tend to be a complete recluse from technology. But the time seems right, as there seems to be new changes on the horizon for 2012.....
